Formation of Sales Contract
An order placed by the purchaser shall constitute an offer to enter into a contract for the purchase of the product.
The contract shall be deemed formed and the offer accepted upon the notification of product shipment.
Returns and Repairs
Within three months of the formation of the sales contract, we will repair any product defects free of charge. In this case, the purchaser shall bear the round-trip shipping costs. However, if the defect is reported within one week of the delivery date, it will be treated as an initial defect, and we will cover the shipping costs.
Notwithstanding the above, the purchaser shall bear the repair costs and shipping fees if any of the following apply:
- The purchaser does not possess the warranty card included with the product.
- There are traces of modifications or attempted modifications to the product.
- The product has sustained significant damage that would not occur under normal use.
